I have been trying to get a report submitted to my boss for three hours now. I am mid report and the app continuously crashes and keeps saying I have low memory and to close out any unused apps (only app running is Canvas). Very annoying. It allows me to work for a few seconds and then it crashes.

This is the app Ive been looking for for a very long time.! Easy to use and very customizable.

Customer service explained another update is needed or I have to buy the .99c version. The website indicates how much money users are saving with this app. How about now, how much money I am wasting because this update has made my forms/apps unusable?

Love this app, but getting used to the changes. I would like to learn how to have results calculate for total expenses, though.

I am so sick of companies that charge automatically and think that if they charge you and you cancel the same day it is impossible to get your money back. If your product is so good why would you need my money for your product that Im telling you I havent used and wont use ever again. Yes Im sure its in the terms that way, but if someone cancels the same day you charge, come on.

I have been using Canvas for last 4 weeks. Unlike other techs who use androids. I have an IPHONE and crashes several times a day. Any suggestions from anyone who has this problem?

We use this app for our small Universitys public safety team. Its worked wonders for us in ways of easily maintaining our ticketing system. Its also saved us a bunch of money, and has made us money because its easier to send late notices out.

Very good application easy to learn and if you have a problem you always have help and they answer fast.

ProntoForm said they could do what Canvas has already done. They have great customer support online and on the phone! I tried the others and it was a waste of my time. I did get a refund after they told me they could. Go with a company that can! GoCanvas BCH in SC

Excellent app. When it comes to data that you need to capture, its great, but when you need an employee to capture that data, and correctly, then this app becomes essential. It does the thinking for your employee and makes sure they record the info you need. I highly recommend this app.
