Go canvas is such a fantastic program. Im an esthetician and when a new client walk in they fill up go canvas form with all their info. They take a selfie, so you can remember who they re in the first a few times, and theres a place for me to write what treatments I did, what they purchase and what they need for the next treatment. When an established client comes in I look up to see what I did last time, what they purchased and what I suggested for this treatment. Best program, user friendly, very simple. Highly suggest.

Canvas is still a good app and got even better when they added the ability earlier this year to go back and edit submissions without having to start completely over. BUT, with this latest iOS update, I am constantly getting a low memory warning Pop-up in the Canvas app on my brand new iPad mini. I rarely have more than 1 or 2 other apps running at one time and I have tried closing everything, but still get the warning which seems to happen mostly when taking a photo or uploading a photo in the app.

Really makes keeping and maintaining records a seamless process. They were very helpful in structuring initially firms and have had zero problems. Highly recommended

Awesome App... Great pricing ... They are wonderful people to work with.. Extremely helpful and resourceful as well... The App works perfect and I cant wait to find more and more uses for it... What a great concept... Have already created over 7 custom form Apps... Forklift inspections log Press inspections Building and equipment Preventative Maintainance Schedule- inspections log and reminders... Paint useage and adjective usage record-keeping for EPA requirement... Just to name a few... Cant say enough...

Good overall but auto save does not always work when crashes.. And if it doesnt work, then EVERYTHING you did is gone! Even if you had saved it during the process......

Great easy to use App. The customer service is wonderful. They helped us create a form that acted exactly like our paper form. It has increased our efficiency and sped up billing.

We use Canvas everyday to streamline our process, maintain consistency in our systems and share information in a timely manner. Our employees have embraced technology to the point theyd rather use the Canvas App than paper or fill out a document on their computer. Product support is phenomenal!

Incredibly powerful app that has changed our business, saved time, increased our closing percentage and overall has made us more efficient. So many features to learn and use but client support team is great. Ive called them a ton and theyve been super. After trying google forms and other apps, this one is the only one that does what we need it to. I cant say enough about the app. It does take time to learn how to build an app that is robust because there are so many incredible options. Take the time to learn it because it is a game changer.

Dont waste your money with this. The app is not user friendly. Its a pain to make corrections to your documents. I cancel my account because I never used it. Dont waste your time with customer support because all they care about is collecting $$$$. Stay away from this app!!!

Renewed on app but could not log into website , it would not sync and it became absolutely useless not having both capabilities. Now they are charging for an automatic renewal and I cant get in to stop it. Bad Form Developers. Bad Form.

Ive been using and developing apps for a business group and have found the program very capable and the support team very responsive. Im using it in an iPad and it works great.

This app does it all. You can custom make just about any company form you need. Their customer support is awesome. This app will save your company a ton of money!

Works great for me on all iOS devices. Sometimes it gets bogged down when I get over 50 photos in one submission but just restart the app and open the auto-saved submission.

Love it

Support resolution for phones that came out a year and half ago.
